Dr. Fox-Norton earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications & Political Science from Tarleton State University, a Master of Educational Leadership from Lamar University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
After previously serving as Principal of Encinal Elementary, Dr. Fox-Norton returns to Cotulla ISD as Principal of Ramirez Burks Elementary. We are excited to welcome her back and look forward to the leadership she brings to the Ramirez Burks Elementary!

Join us on Monday, July 27 for the 2026 Youth Football & Volleyball Camps for incoming 3rd through 9th graders! Walk-up registration will be available, and all parents or guardians must sign a waiver upon arrival before their child can participate.

• Participants will enter through the home side entrance.
• Parents are welcome to attend and must be seated on the home side bleachers.
