UPDATE: The La Salle County Sheriff's Department has cleared the area of Newman Middle School, ECLC Center and the Learning Center. THE LOCKDOWN HAS BEEN LIFTED.

We have received a report of a suspicious person in the area of Frio Street and Baylor Street. As a precaution, the Cotulla Learning Center, Newman Middle School, and the Early Childhood Learning Center have been placed in Lockdown.
