Dr. Ramiro Nava, Superintendent of Schools, was honored by the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) for completing the First-Time Superintendents Academy throughout the year!

The sessions focused on understanding district dynamics, establishing leadership and prioritizing change, advocating for the district, and setting the direction of the district. Congratulations, Dr. Nava! 👏

A Fire Drill is taking place at the Early Childhood Learning Center. The Fire Department and First Responders are taking part in this drill. This is only a test.

Last night, the Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the new Cotulla High School Gym, marking an important milestone in the project!

Today, Cotulla ISD highlights Board Member Richard Maldonado as he shares a special message with our community during School Board Appreciation Month, in support of TASB’s “Our Future is Public” campaign! 🎓

On Wednesday, January 21st, the Cotulla Cowgirls Powerlifting Team hosted an Invitational Powerlifting Meet at the Cotulla High School Gymnasium. Powerlifting teams from Dilley, Natalia, Lytle, Carrizo Springs, and La Pryor attended the meet, bringing nearly 100 athletes to compete. 💪

Despite the large field of competitors, the Cowgirls swept the competition, earning their second consecutive first-place team title. The following athletes placed in their respective weight classes:
