We had an absolute blast at Field Day! 🏅 Our students had a fantastic time playing games, enjoying the beautiful weather, and cheering each other on.











We are still buzzing from a wonderful week celebrating our teachers! Huge shoutout to : Cotulla I.S.D. To everyone that who donated money or sent in treats: You are the best! The teachers were incredibly grateful to be treated. Thank you for helping us show them how much they are appreciated!

Encinal Elementary celebrated our incredible child nutrition staff who work hard every day to nourish our students. Thank you for your dedication, kindness, and the meals that keep our students going strong. We appreciate you!
