Cotulla High School is proud to recognize our outstanding UIL District Academics team for their hard work and dedication as they competed on Day 1 of the competition on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Dilley High School!
Our talented students represented CHS in Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Extemporaneous Speaking (Informative & Persuasive), and Ready Writing, showcasing their critical thinking, communication skills, and academic excellence.
Hayden Ayala-5th Place in Ready Writing. Ava DeLaRosa-7th Place in Informative Speaking. Paul Gonzalez-7th Place in Persuasive Speaking. Brooklyn Kuenstler-1st Place/District Champion and advancing to Regionals. Jules Lovell-5th Place in Persuasive Speaking. Jade Machado-2nd Place in Informative Speaking and advancing to Regionals. Tyler Reynolds-3rd Place and advancing to Regionals. Bayleigh Walker-6th Place in Ready Writing.
