Cotulla ISD has partnered with South Texas Rural Health, Inc. to provide FREE Flu Vaccines for all Students.

All students at all campuses will be provided the opportunity to receive their vaccine.

Ramirez/Burks Elementary: October 27, 2026
Encinal Elementary: October 28, 2026
Newman Middle School: October 29, 2026
Cotulla High School/Learning Center: October 30, 2026

Pre-registration by Parent/Guardian is required. Please pre-register your child by completing the form for your child’s respective campus. Please complete one form per child. Parental consent is mandatory. Once pre-registration has been completed, parental consent forms will be provided.

Parents may accompany their child when they receive their flu vaccine, however, it is not required.
