Cotulla ISD is proud to share that the district has once again earned the highest rating of “Superior Achievement” on the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) for the 2024–2025 school year, with a perfect score of 100! Cotulla ISD has earned a perfect score for six straight years.
FIRST is a statewide system that reviews how school districts handle their finances. It looks at things like budgeting, spending, financial reports, and overall stability. The goal is to make sure districts are managing their money in a way that supports students and uses funding responsibly.
Cotulla ISD continues to meet all state standards while keeping strong financial practices in place for our students, staff, and community!
