RETURNING STUDENTS
*All Parents/Guardians must present a photo id at the time of registration.
*Guardians must bring guardianship paperwork.
*If your child’s physical address has changed, you must provide a current Utility Bill.
NEW STUDENTS
Please bring the information below:
*Birth Certificate
*Social Security Card
*Immunization Record
*Proof of Residence (Utility Bill)
*Signed guardianship paperwork if someone other than the parent is registering the student.
*Parent/Guardian must present a photo id at Registration.
*PK students must show proof of income.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online Registration for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY will be available
JULY 31, 2025—AUGUST 3, 2025
ON-CAMPUS REGISTRATION
ON-CAMPUS REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE JULY 18, 2025—AUGUST 1, 2025. PLEASE CALL YOUR CHILD’S CAMPUS FOR AN APPOINTMENT.
